Come celebrate the day before our longtime friend and forever Konkylie favorite @atusji releases his album ‘Slowboat til Asakusa’ at Bodega Konkylie ❤ Slowboat til Asakusa is a story about origin, cultural division, and loss. ‘Division has been a recurring theme,’ says Terkel Atsushi Røjle about the album. ‘That’s why you’ll find both Danish and Japanese on the record,’ he adds. Slowboat til Asakusa follows the album trilogy Soapbox Vol. 1, 2, and 3, where the final album featured guests like @gaohelenagao and @brimheim. With his previous releases, Atsuji has garnered attention with both praised album and concert reviews, including for his performance at Roskilde Festival. Atsuji has also made music and played live with First Flush members in Jijikusanda, and he has produced music for artists such as Reveal Party and Blikfang.” Shows at Bodega Konkylie are always free, but come early to make sure there’s enough space ❤
